Grown Brilliance requires a signature at delivery for all shipments for both your protection as well as ours. Should you not be present at the time of delivery, FedEx will typically make three (3) total attempts to deliver the item to your shipping address. These deliveries usually take place three days in a row, except for Sundays. If after the third attempt the delivery is still unsuccessful, FedEx will send the package back to us and we will contact you to arrange another delivery. We will not attempt a new delivery until we have spoken to you via phone, email, or chat. A signature will still be required on any new delivery attempts.
