Choosing FedEx Overnight will NOT speed up the time that it takes to process your order and/or create your jewelry. Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. In-Stock items usually ship within 3 business days, while Made-to-Order items usually ship within two (2) weeks. We provide an Estimated Ship Date for each specific product throughout the entire purchase journey: on the product detail page, in the shopping bag, at checkout, and on your order receipts. If your order is time-sensitive, check the product detail page once you’ve configured your jewelry to determine the Estimated Ship Date.
Please note that we cannot expedite the time that it takes to process and/or create your jewelry. It will ship as soon as it is ready, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Note that most items ship on or before the Estimated Ship Date, but a small portion of orders may experience a slight delay from the Estimated Ship Date based on quality control, materials availability, or manufacturing capacity issues.
Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, U.S. orders will ship via FedEx 2Day® for free. International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Economy, which is a 2-5 day delivery process. For U. S. orders, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
