The color of the diamond or gemstone that you receive may vary slightly from the color depicted on the website. Fancy colored diamond and gemstone colors are described based on the hue (color, like pink or blue), tone (lightness or darkness of the stone), and saturation (intensity of the hue).
Based on the stone’s shape and size, as well as the availability of the stones in the market, our team procures diamonds and gemstones that that may be a few shades lighter or darker than what is displayed on the website. However, our team will try to create as much uniformity of color when multiple stones of the same hue are available in a jewelry setting. You should also expect to see slight variations in color from one stone to the next, when seated next each other. These variations are usually very slight, and not noticeable unless looking at the jewelry to specifically compare the stones for color consistency. In other words, unless you’re looking for color variations from one stone to the next, it will likely not be noticeable.
